Terms & Conditions – Sophia Logistik
1. General These terms apply to all freight forwarding services organized by Sophia Logistik, CVR: 46159675.
2. Service Provider Role Sophia Logistik acts as a freight forwarder. We organize transport services through our network of professional and verified carriers.
3. CMR Convention All international road transport services are subject to the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road). Our liability is limited according to these international standards.
4. Insurance We ensure that all shipments under our management are covered by standard carrier liability insurance (OCP/CMR insurance).
5. Customer Responsibility The customer is responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, including requirements for temperature-controlled transport (refrigerated goods).
6. Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015) All services and assignments are performed in accordance with the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015). These conditions limit our liability for loss, depreciation, or damage to goods, as well as for delays. Under NSAB 2015, the period of limitation for claims is 1 year.
